| Activities at Club Level: |
- Club will be encouraged.
- To make their rooster.
- To celebrate designated months by doing at least one designated activity.
- To have at least one joint meeting and a joint project during the year.
- Clubs will be advised to bring out revised byelaws as per the amendments (if any) in tge ensuring COL.
- Club would be encouraged to have a talk on R.I. Theme.
- Club would be suggested and helped to have at least one joint meeting and a joint project during the year.
- Club would be helped to improve their club’s weekly attendance and help them to achieve 80%.
- Clubs would be requested to prepare filled up and unfilled classification.
- Clubs would be requested to find new classification.
- To help and support the Presidents in matters related to club administration Presidents would be encouraged to complete the tasks as per the Presidential Citation requirement.
- Rotary information will be made available to the Presidents in matters related to club administration.

| Activities at District Level: |
- Greetings committee will be consulted to wish Rotarians and their family members on important occasions such as birthday and wedding day.
- Joint meeting will be organized with Eminent speaker for each R.I. Designated month.
- A speakers list (both Rotary and Non-Rotary will be prepared and circulated to Club Presidents.
- Inter-club quiz on Rotary information would be conducted.
- Organise a bi monthly Isai evening of Classical Music.
- A music concert in the month of December.
- Inter Club Sports will be arranged culminating in a Rots Sports event at YMCA.
- The clubs within the district would be matched and helped to have at least one loint meeting and a joint project during the year.
- Joint Meeting will be organized for a talk on Rotary Knowledge.
- An Inter – city meet will be held in city plus.
- Clubs in our Distict to visit and have joint meeting with clubs in other districts.
- A trip to Indonesia or Europe will be organized before the end of the calendar year.
- Inter club fellowship region wise would be conducted with support from family participation committee.
- Clubs would be helped to have friendship exchange programme with clubs in other national / international districts.
- A beach Volley Ball tournament will be organized.
- A mega Vaigarai / Club talent show will be organized.
- Car rally will be conducted.

- To encourage Friendship and Fellowship.
- To develop a Bank for Future Rotarians.

| Procedure:
|
- Every Rotary Club in the District to form an Annet Club.
- All children of Rotarians of all age groups to be members of Annet Club.
- Youth Service Director of the Club along with an Ann of the club to be in charge of Annet’s Club.
- From the Data forms supplied by the District to each club, District Directory of Annets to be compiled.
- Installation of Annets Club with One President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and 3 Directors to be done within 2 months of the Rotary Club Installation.

Activities at Club Level
|
- Members of Annet Club to meet once a month for a Speaker or Project Meeting. Joint meeting with other Annet Clubs can be done.
- Annets can do their own projects or help their Mother Club in Project activities.
- Intra Club and Inter Club cultural, Sports & Games Competition can be held.

| Activities at District Level: |
- Two major & Two minor events like RYLA, Educational Work Shop, Cultural and Sports Competitions, Quiz etc,. to be held at the City and City plus.
- Children’s Day ie., 14th November to be celebrated as District Annets Day.
